Phone Banking is available free for all Gateway Credit Union members.
What can you do with CUE Call
CUE call provides 24 hour access 7 days a week to:
- Check an account balance
- Order a statement
- Access related membership number
- Change your PIN
- Obtain the previous year’s interest earnings for taxation purposes
- Redraw facilities on Personal Line of Credit (conditions apply)
- Transfer funds
- Pay bills
Register for CUE Call
Call us on 1300 302 474 (8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday AEST) to register for CUE Call.
Access CUE Call
When you call 1300 302 474 press 1 for CUE Call. After entering in your Gateway Member number and Security PIN, you will immediately be given a list of options, simply follow the CUE Call prompts.
|Stay Safe and Secure|
Remember to keep your Security PIN in a safe place as this is used as your personal identification number and don’t share it with anyone. When CUE Call prompts you for your Security PIN always use the telephone keypad to enter it.
If you think someone knows your Security PIN please contact us immediately on 1300 302 474 to request a new one.
Once you’ve told CUE Call you want to pay bills, you’ll be prompted for the ‘biller code’ and ‘customer reference number’ which are printed on your bills. Make sure you have the bills handy so you can refer to them. Once the payment is complete, you’ll be given a receipt number. It’s a good idea to write this number on your bill for future reference.
