Register for Online Banking
Call us on 1300 302 474 (8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday AEST) to register for Online Banking.
Access Online Banking
You can access Gateway Online Banking by clicking on the Online Banking button located at the top right corner.
To log in simply type in your Member Number and Online Banking password. The first time you log in you’ll be prompted to change your password. This change is required to ensure your online banking activities are protected.

Always log on to your Online Banking from gatewaycu.com.au and use the ‘Login’ button in the top right corner.
Access will be locked after three (3) incorrect attempts at logging in to Online Banking for security reasons. To reactive your access please call us on 1300 302 474 (8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday AEST).
To protect your banking details, make sure you always log out when you finish your Online Banking session. You’ll find the log out button in the top right corner of the screen.
Before you travel overseas make sure your Australian mobile number has global roaming enabled. Speak with your mobile service provider to determine if the mobile will receive SMS messages or if additional costs apply.
