Receive your statements online. Gateway’s e-Statements are available for registered accounts via Online Banking.

Register for e-Statements

About e-Statements

  • Members registered for e-Statements will no longer receive paper statements
  • You can view, print and save your e-Statements electronically
  • If you want to revert to receiving paper statements, call us on 1300 302 474 (8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday AEST)
  • Check your email for notices that e-Statements are available. You will also receive a link to view our quarterly newsletter gatepost online
  • Maintain Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing, saving and printing e-Statements. Download free software from the Adobe website.

Other information

  • e-Statements are accessible for at least 12 months from the date you are notified it is available via Online Banking.
  • Print or save your e-Statements for taxation purposes.
  • Fees may apply if you request a copy of a statement from us (please refer to our General Fees, Charges and Transaction Limits)

Switch to e-Statements

If you are already registered for Gateway Online Banking, follow these steps:

1. Select Services > e-Statements 
2. Select the “Next” button on the bottom right corner  
4. Read through the terms and conditions
5. Once you’ve read and understood the terms, select “Accept”. You our now registered for e-Statements
