Have you lost your card? Don’t panic, we have all the information you need right here.

If you have lost your Visa Debit Card within Australia, the first thing you should do is contact us and let us know as soon as practicable.

If it is outside our normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm), please call the Visa Hotline: 1800 450 346

Overseas

The Visa Global Customer Assistance service is available 24/7 and can help you:Go to www.visa.com.au to find Visa’s toll-free number for the country you are visiting. They can help you:

  • record your card as lost or stolen
  • arrange for a replacement card; and
  • provide emergency access to cash.

To make it easy for you, there are contact numbers in most countries meaning that you are only making a local call.

We urge you to report your card lost or stolen as soon as you become aware that it is missing. Reporting the loss of a card quickly reduces the risk to you of unauthorised access. It also means we can get a replacement card to you much sooner!
