8. ^In relation to a Visa Debit Card the $5 monthly Visa Debit Card fee will be waived if you have a Gateway Home Loan. Otherwise it is charged on the first calendar day of the month to partially recover costs incurred by Gateway. This fee is subject to change at any time.
9. ^Your Visa Debit Card can only be linked to a 100% Loan Offset Account while you have a Variable Rate Home Loan or Low Rate Plus Package Home Loan with a variable rate. If, during the term of your loan, your interest rate converts to a fixed rate, then your 100% Loan Offset Account will convert to an Everyday Savings Account. This will enable you to still access your funds using your Visa Debit Card.
