I will buy no other car in my lifetime any other way than through this service and am advising everyone else I know to do the same. I gave Linette Lee (mentioned by her supervisor) a very difficult time that would have tried the patience of a saint in transfering a large some of money. She was extreemly patient and efficient in her help -at the same time she politely tried to retain the funds for which I would like to commend her First time transfer by computer for an 89 year old can be frustrating for both parties. Thanks

I called the customer service line to effect transfer of funds for an amount outside the on-line dollar limits. Jason was most helpful and through some polite questioning gleaned that I was buying a car and provided quick and easy insurance quote for same. I have today formalised the car insurance cover with Gateway. Jason's approach carried the appropriate level of formality blended with a refreshing approach to customer service and hence his success with the insurance cross sell. Another example of the overall great experience in dealing with Gateway... good products and even better people delivering on service. Well done!

Previously i took out a car loan with one of your loans officers Geraldine Kolokoutsas She explained to me about also taking out a loan protection through Cuna Insurance and the benefits of it I found her most helpful and very professional. I decided to take out the loan and Geraldine got back to me in a timely matter which i was most pleased about. Since then i have had an accident and i was in hospital for over a week and ill be out of work for an indefinite period of time. I was worried about loan repayments so i have called Cuna Insurance and told them whats happened. They have sent ne out a claim form which im in the process of filling out and sending it off to them asap. Know i dont have to worry about my car loan repayments as im glad i took the insurance Lastly i would like to say that i would gladly recommend Geraldine to anyone who is interested in taking out loans as i would gladly deal with her again she was most helpful. Katherine and I would like to acknowledge the outstanding performance and customer service skills of Patricia Salas and Terry O'Shea. They have both shown great professionalism, courtesy, patience and understanding during the entire process of obtaining our home loan. I have been dealing with Patricia Salas in relation to a car loan. I was in a position where I needed everything organised within a week so that the purchase could take place. Patricia went well above and beyond her duties to ensure everything went smoothly for us. I just wanted to say thank you for your amazingly fast customer service. Yesterday I faxed a form to open a new eMax saver account and transfer some funds from another bank. To my surprise, this is already completed, less than 24 hours after my fax! Super fast and efficient and very much appreciated. Due to Nab processing issues this morning, I was not able to make my car payment as scheduled. I spoke to one of the lovely ladies from your Customer Service team this morning who was able to move my payment date to avoid any penalties. I was beyond delighted and am so impressed with your client service. Every time I speak to you I find your staff so refreshingly polite and empathetic and competent. You truly are a joy to deal with as a banking institution!

I just want to thank Patrica Sales very much for her outstanding service.I have never had a better experience with any credit union or bank. I approached several lenders but she was the only one that was genuinely looking to help me. She explained all the things involved when buying a property and very patient and knowledgable. I have almost saved enough money to buy my first home and so thankful that she has helped me thus far to reach my goal.

Very efficient service, very competitive rates either loans or savings. Staff don't try to cross sell other products or services unnecessarily. Always have a happy person on the phone who is very aware of products.

I have banked with Gateway for about 30 years and have never had any complaints and have done many business transactions with cheques and electronic transfers - fee free - and always great friendly service. I am 76 y.o. and new to internet banking, but progressing slowly and receive help from staff when necessary.

I always tell everyone that while they may not have heard of Gateway they provide an excellent service, and should be investigated. I especially recommend Gateway to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful and dealing with the bank NOT like dealing with the 'big four' who I would never go back to. Their service is always quick and efficient. I don't know why anyone goes with any other bank really.
