9. The maximum amount available to be redrawn is restricted by normal online banking daily withdrawal limits of $5,000. If a greater amount is available due to your additional repayments and is required contact Gateway on 1300 302 474.

11. ^In relation to a Visa Debit Card the $5 monthly Visa Debit Card fee will be waived if you have a Gateway Home Loan. Otherwise it is charged on the first calendar day of the month to partially recover costs incurred by Gateway. This fee is subject to change at any time. Fees and Charges apply if non rediATMs, non Cashcard ATMs and/or overseas ATMs are accessed.
12. ^Your Visa Debit Card can only be linked to a 100% Loan Offset Account while you have a Variable Rate Hom Loan or Low Rate Plus Package Home Loan with a variable rate. If, during the term of your loan, your interest rate converts to a fixed rate, then your 100% Loan Offset Account will convert to an Everyday Savings Account. This will enable you to still access your funds using your Visa Debit Card.
