2. The Australian Government, through the Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988 and the AML/CTF Act 2006 requires identification for all account holders and signatories to accounts. It is an offence to conduct an account in a false name.
3. Eligibility to become a Member depends on successfully completing the Gateway Membership form along with the Identity Certification process and paying the $2 share subscription.
